France – Works related to water-distribution pipelines – 26_003 - Accord-cadre Travaux eau potable, assainissement et GEMAPI - SMAEP de la Goële

This consultation concerns the award of a single-supplier framework agreement for the execution of works on the territory of the SMAEP de la Goële (26 communes) and the CCPMF (20 communes). Two contracting authorities will be responsible for this framework agreement: the SMAEP de la Goële for Lot 1 and the CCPMF (20 communes) for Lot 2, within the framework of the joint procurement agreement concluded between the two authorities on 26 February 2026.
