The subject of the contract is the provision of services for diagnostic research of naval weapons, aimed at assessing the technical condition of naval weapons (NW) and their elements, as well as predicting their maintenance based on research of properties and physico-chemical processes affecting safety and reliability of operation during exploitation after the expiration of the guaranteed technical service life (GTSL) of the manufacturer or the technical service life (TSL) determined after diagnostic research. 2. Details regarding the subject of the contract and the criteria for evaluating offers will be included in the Specification of Contract Conditions (SCC), which, along with the description of the subject of the contract and the draft provisions of the framework and implementation agreements, will be provided to the Contractors invited to submit offers.
