Romania – Gully emptiers – Achiziția în sistem de leasing financiar a unui autocurățitor combinat cu sistem de reciclare a apei, pentru canalizare, cu capacitatea de 16 mc.

The objective of this contract is the acquisition, by the Contracting Entity, under a financial leasing system, the installation and commissioning of a combined road sweeper with a water recycling system, for sewerage, with a capacity of 16 m³, including the training of the Beneficiary's personnel. The equipment is necessary for the Regional Operator to carry out the activities of operating and maintaining the sewerage systems in its area of operation. Delivery conditions: At the Contracting Entity's headquarters, within a maximum of 16 months from the date of signing the contract, in accordance with the terms of reference. NOTES: 1. The number of days within which interested economic operators can request clarifications before the deadline for submitting tenders/applications: 18 days. 2. The contracting entity will respond clearly, completely and accurately to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting tenders. 3. In accordance with legal provisions, requests for clarification submitted by economic operators after the set deadline (i.e. later than 18 days before the deadline for submitting tenders) will not be considered, and the contracting entity will not respond to them.
