The contracting authority wishes to acquire a framework agreement for insurance brokerage services with one supplier. The insurance broker shall, in general, provide advice on all insurance matters, including insurance technical matters, educational wishes, damages, any claims that may be made against Energinet, carry out EU tenders for insurances and prepare risk and insurance analyses. In the performance of their tasks, the insurance broker must also ensure linkage and create synergy between insurance and Enterprise Risk Management, where possible. The framework agreement has a duration of 3 years. The framework agreement may be extended by 2 x 12 months. The value of the framework agreement is expected to amount to 12,000,000 DKK. Consumption can only be considered an estimate, and is therefore not binding for the contracting authority. The contracting authority has the right, but not the obligation, to purchase the services covered by the framework agreement from the chosen tenderer, according to the framework agreement's section 1.3.
