Germany – Software support services – strategischer IT-Dienstleister im Bereich SAP Utilities und EDM

The Stadtwerke Bielefeld GmbH is procuring services to support the Supply Applications (IV) department in the operation and further development of the SAP S/4HANA landscape (Utilities) and SAP EDM. The services will be awarded through a framework agreement with a contractor as a demand-dependent call-off contingent for the performance period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2029. The scope of services includes, in particular, application maintenance, the timely implementation of regulatory and market requirements, including format changes, the further development of the system landscape, as well as knowledge transfer and documentation to reduce single points of failure. The estimated quantity framework is approximately 800 person-days per calendar year and thus approximately 2,400 person-days over the contract period; the maximum call-off volume is limited to 2,500 person-days over the entire period. The quantities stated are non-binding estimated quantities and do not constitute any obligation on the part of the contracting authority to accept or call off. The procurement will be conducted through a negotiated procedure with a competitive dialogue in accordance with § 13 Abs. 1 SektVO. No division into lots will take place.
