The present consultation concerns the award of a framework agreement for the conduct of studies, checks and technical assistance relating to the energy performance of buildings and its improvement. The contract is divided into three lots, the services of which are defined in the corresponding special technical clauses document: - Lot No. 1: Energy studies; - Lot No. 2: Feasibility studies relating to renewable energies; - Lot No. 3: BMS, BEMS, compliance studies with Decree Bacs and commissioning.
