The objective of this procurement procedure is to purchase high-quality signage that meets legal requirements, with attention to sustainability. Clients (Diamant-groep and Ergon) will be assisted as much as possible, for example, through quick delivery. Clients wish to conclude a Framework Agreement with a competent Contractor at a market-conform price. The Contractor executes the Assignment problem-free and positions itself as a proactive and flexible partner of the Clients. The estimated annual volume of the procurement is € 325,000, excluding VAT. This scope is composed of: • Diamant-groep: € 175,000, excluding VAT • Ergon: € 150,000, excluding VAT The total estimated value of the Framework Agreement, based on the maximum contract duration of five years, amounts to approximately € 1,625,000, excluding VAT, excluding indexation(s).
