Description

The subject of the contract, from 01.01.2027, is the final disposal of the following waste:

Lot 1: Old wood AI, AII and AIII,

Lot 2: Old wood AIV,

Lot 3: Used oil,

Lot 4: Old tyres,

Lot 5: Gypsum-based building materials,

Lot 6: Soil, stones and construction debris,

Lot 7: Mixed plastics,

Lot 8: Hospital-specific waste,

Lot 9: Street sweepings,

as well as the

acceptance of waste at at least one transfer station, pre-treatment facility, or disposal facility to be provided and operated by the contractor during the contract period,

weighing (with documentation) of the accepted waste and

if necessary, subsequent transport (including delivery to any disposal facility/ies).

The delivery to the first transfer station of the waste quantities of Lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 9 will be organised by the contracting authority.

In the case of Lot 8, the delivery will be organised by the points of origin (hospitals etc.) or their representatives and is not part of the subject of the contract.

Contrary to paragraph 1, for the waste fraction used oil (Lot 3), the contractor must also organise collection from the recycling centres/waste collection points operated by the contracting authority.

The contract is based on the law of contract for work and services under Sections 631 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB); the VOB/B in the respective version is part of the contract.
