To ensure a safe, functional, and purposeful environment at the SiS's institutions and to meet the authority's need for technical expertise in the building and property sector, framework agreements for technical consulting and architectural services are being procured. The procurement aims to meet SiS's need for qualified expertise in five (5) sub-areas: 1. Architecture, design and environmental shaping – Consulting services for the design of functional, sustainable, cost-effective, safe and operationally adapted environments, including building, interior and landscape architecture as well as lighting and kitchen planning. 2. Project management and technical coordination – Consulting services for the management and coordination of design processes, including technical coordination and digital information management (BIM). 3. Building services and technical systems – Consulting services for the design of building services and technical systems, such as HVAC, electrical, telecom, control and monitoring systems as well as lighting. 4. Building technology and technical specialties – Consulting services in building technology and special disciplines, such as construction, fire protection, acoustics, accessibility and cost estimation. 5. Tenant advice and strategic property development – Consulting services in tenant advice and property development, including local strategy, legal, economics and project management.
