The contracting authority may award to the successful tenderer, in accordance with Articles L. 2122-1 and R. 2122-7 of the Public Procurement Code, one or more contracts for the performance of similar services. The period during which a new contract may be awarded cannot exceed 3 years from the date of notification of this framework agreement.
