Within the framework of a negotiated procedure in accordance with Section 17 of the VgV with a competitive dialogue, planning services and construction supervision of the technical equipment HLSE are to be awarded within the measure "Project 34.0463 - Renovation and Modernisation of the Brahmsstraße Residential Complex in Munich" by the Deutsche Bundesbank. The Deutsche Bundesbank intends to award the performance phases 2-9 HOAI as well as special services, such as support in the preparation of a feasibility study for densification and support in the preparation of CAD plans with site verification. The Deutsche Bundesbank reserves the right to award the contract in stages, depending on further approval for the implementation of the project. With the conclusion of the contract, the awarding of performance phases 2 and 3 is provided for. There is no legal entitlement to further assignment.
