Poland – Lime – Ustanowienie Dynamicznego Systemu Zakupów dotyczącego dostaw sorbentów wapiennych w kategorii: wapno hydratyzowane do PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A. w latach 2026-2029

The subject of the Contract is the supply of lime sorbents in the category of hydrated lime to the production units of PGE GiEK S.A. as described in the Annexes to the Information on the Establishment of the Contracting Authority. 2. The Information on the Establishment of the Contracting Authority (together with the annexes) is available at: https://swpp2.gkpge.pl. This address will provide: Information on the Contracting Authority, changes and clarifications to the Information on the Contracting Authority, other Contract Documents directly related to the Contracting Authority 3. The Contracting Authority reserves the right that the individual Descriptions of the Subject of the Contract constituting the Annexes to the Information on the Establishment of the Contracting Authority are of a preliminary nature, and the requirements specified therein may change. The final requirements of the Contracting Authority regarding the description of the subject and the rules for the implementation of a given Execution Contract will be specified in the SWZ, transmitted as part of a given Execution Contract. 4. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to divide the Subject of the Contract into Parts during the Execution Proceedings, with the simultaneous determination of the maximum number of Parts that may be awarded to one Contractor.
