The subject of the contract is the “Maintenance of municipal areas divided into 7 sectors” within the budget tasks: - Maintenance of municipal areas 900-90003-4300 - Maintenance of municipal areas 900-90004-4300. The subject of the contract is services related to the maintenance of municipal areas divided into 7 sectors: sector 1 – Sienkiewicza Estate and adjacent areas, sector 2 – Gwarków Estate and adjacent areas, sector 3 – Polanka, Staszica and Młodych Estates and adjacent areas, sector 4 – Polkowice Dolne Estate, sector 5 – Krupińskiego Estate and adjacent areas, sector 6 – Stare Miasto and Centrum Estates and adjacent areas, sector 7 – Hubala and Dąbrowskiego Estates and adjacent areas; within the scope of: - greenery care, - area cleaning and winter maintenance of surfaces. The detailed schedule and scope of work have been specified in the draft contract terms. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial offers for two of the parts indicated in the contract description. One Contractor may submit an offer for one or a maximum of two parts of the contract i.e. for one or a maximum of two sectors. It is not allowed to submit an offer for more than two parts i.e. for more than two sectors.
