HUS Kiinteistöt Oy is tendering for fixed medical equipment for the expansion and renovation of the Operating Department of Peijaksen Hospital, in accordance with the invitation to tender and its documents. The expansion of Peijaksen Hospital's Operating Department complements the hospital campus, and the renovation of the equipment maintenance combines the hospital's two current equipment maintenance facilities. Peijaksen Hospital focuses primarily on orthopedic and urologic surgeries in its surgical operations. The project aims to create unified, operation-supporting facilities tailored to the needs of specialized healthcare. The project will be implemented in two phases. With the expansion and renovation, Peijaksen Hospital will have only one large equipment maintenance center on one floor, where all the equipment of the hospital's units and the Vantaa-Kerava well-being services county can be maintained. The expansion of the Operating Department and the renovation of equipment maintenance is located at the Peijaksen Hospital area of the HUS joint authority in Vantaa. The address of the construction site is Sairaalakatu 1, 00140 Vantaa. The procurement program targets the separate procurements (REH) of the contractor for the Peijaksen Hospital Operating Department Expansion and Renovation project: Fixed Medical Equipment (KSL), Procurement Lot KSL 1. Procurement Lot KSL 1 is divided into eight (8) sub-areas, focusing on the equipment of equipment maintenance and maintenance facilities. The procurement sub-area is purchased from one supplier. The supplier may offer one or more different procurement sub-areas and provide alternative tenders.
