France – Software package and information systems – Fourniture d’une solution de gestion des habilitations et prestations associées

La Poste, through its ITEAM entity, launched in 2020 a programme to overhaul Identity Access Management (IAM) consisting of several projects: authentication and access control, identity repository, audit and control, and entitlement management for all persons (postal workers, external parties, general public, professional clients, suppliers) accessing La Poste's applications from anywhere in the world and on any device. Through this contract, La Poste wishes to benefit from the supply of a new entitlement management solution (IGA: Identity Governance Administration), an essential software component to secure, manage and control access rights to its Information Systems. The solution must comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The processing of La Poste's data, including hosting, backup and/or consultation, must be located within the European Union (EU), a European Economic Area (EEA) country, or a country recognised as adequate by the European Union. The solution must also comply with La Poste Group's Information Systems Security Policy (PSSIG). The consultation file that will be sent to selected candidates will specify the elements related to these requirements. The contract is not divided into lots and is single-supplier. Written/oral exchanges of the consultation will be conducted exclusively in French.
