The subject of the contract is the supply of a set for liquid chromatography UHPLC with low-pressure gradient formation coupled with a single quadrupole mass spectrometer, hereinafter referred to as the “equipment”, for the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Gdańsk. 2. The contract includes: 1) delivery, assembly, installation and commissioning of the equipment at a location indicated by the Purchaser, 2) training of the Purchaser's designated staff (maximum 2 persons) in the operation of the equipment and software. 3. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) classification code: 38432200-4 (chromatographs), 38433100-0 (mass spectrometers). 4. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the description of the subject of the contract - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 5. Equipment delivery location: University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Chemistry, Supply and Technical Maintenance Section, ul. Wita Stwosza 63, 80-308 Gdańsk, room A6. 6. The Purchaser requires a 24-month warranty for the equipment. Details regarding the warranty are included in § 7 of the contract project – Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 7. After the contract is concluded, the Purchaser plans to apply for a 0% VAT rate based on Article 83(14)(1) of the Act of 11 March 2004 on goods and services tax (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 775, as amended) – with regard to the desktop computer.
