Germany – Special-purpose road passenger-transport services – Freigestellter Schülerspezialverkehr für die Schuljahre 2026/2027 bis 2028/2029 für Freiburger öffentliche Schulen

Exempted special school transport for the school years 2026/2027, 2027/2028 and 2028/2029 for public schools in Freiburg. This is a framework agreement with several economic operators with a duration of 3 years as a negotiated procedure with a prior information procedure in accordance with Section 14 (3) VgV. The economic operators will be determined based on the results of this public prior information procedure. Before each of the above-mentioned school years, all companies that are part of the framework agreement will receive a renewed invitation to submit a tender. The service concerns the transport of pupils with special school vehicles (5/7-seater cars, minibuses 8 to 17-seater, wheelchair transport vehicles) in the above-mentioned school years for public schools in Freiburg (usually Special Education and Counselling Centres (SBBZ), school kindergartens and junior classes, but also regular schools within the framework of inclusive education). The pupil transport services usually consist of journeys between the pupils' homes in Freiburg and the surrounding area and the respective schools in Freiburg.
