The subject of the contract is the supply of 5 brand-new Observation Vehicles equipped with optoelectronic devices and devices for detecting and tracking Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. The Contracting Authority may cancel the present procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract are not granted to it, and the possibility of cancelling the procedure on this basis has been provided for in the contract notice (Article 257 of the Pzp Act). I inform you that, on the basis of Article 24(1) and Article 33 of the Act of 14 June 2024 on the protection of whistleblowers (Journal of Laws, item 928), the Main Border Guard Headquarters has introduced the "Internal procedure for making notifications of breaches of law and taking follow-up actions in the Main Border Guard Headquarters" and the "Procedure for accepting external notifications and taking follow-up actions in the Main Border Guard Headquarters".
