Poland – Catering services – Świadczenie usług całodziennego żywienia pacjentów Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Specjalistycznego im. Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie w Zgierzu

The subject of the contract is the provision of full-day catering services for patients of the Maria Skłodowska-Curie Specialised Provincial Hospital in Zgierz, in accordance with: 1) the Act of 25 August 2006 on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448, as amended) and 2) the recommendations of the Chief Sanitary Inspector and the Institute of Food and Nutrition, regarding the norms of nutrition and catering, applicable in closed collective catering establishments and the health quality of food, as well as 3) the procedures of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system or ISO 22000. The organisation of the catering service will involve the preparation of meals from products secured within the scope of the service, distribution of meals in single-use packaging to the doors of the hospital wards, collection, washing, disinfection and sterilisation of distribution trolleys and transport containers and dishes (e.g. jugs), in accordance with the sanitary and epidemiological regulations applicable in medical entities. The distribution of meals to the patient's bed will be carried out with the involvement of the Contracting Authority's staff. The subject of the contract specifically includes: 1) the preparation of meals taking into account diets and supplements used in the nutrition of the sick, taking into account the rotation of patients and changes in diets, 2) the daily delivery of meals to the doors of the hospital wards, exclusively by the Contractor's own staff, 3) the immediate collection, disposal or disposal of post-consumption waste 4) the washing, disinfection and sterilisation of transport containers. The estimated demand for meals for the duration of the contract is contained in the assortment-price form, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ.
