Denmark – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Genudbud af parallelle rammeaftaler om totalrådgivning

Through this tender, Domea.dk wishes to receive tenders for parallel framework agreements on total consultancy services for the housing companies affiliated with Domea.dk, concerning supported and unsupported renovation and new construction projects in Denmark. The total consultancy includes such tasks within the framework of the legislation for general housing activities. The tender for the framework agreements is divided into 2 sub-agreements: Sub-agreement 1 – East, which covers Eastern Denmark, and Sub-agreement 2 – West, which covers Western Denmark. For Sub-agreement 1 – East, Domea.dk wishes 5 framework agreement holders. For Sub-agreement 2 – West, Domea.dk wishes 3 framework agreement holders. A tenderer may apply for pre-qualification for one or both sub-agreements, just as a tenderer, after completed tender evaluation, may win a place on both sub-agreements. The framework agreements are not exclusive, as Domea.dk has the possibility to enter into agreements on total consultancy without using the present parallel framework agreements, including on the basis of traditional tenders or direct award of specific projects, provided that the tendering rules allow this. No specific turnover is guaranteed on the framework agreements, as Domea.dk is not bound to use the framework agreements. The framework agreements include housing organisations listed in Annex 2.11 attached to the tender material and their respective departments, including future departments and merged departments/companies, as well as housing organisations (and their respective departments) that transfer to administration by Domea.dk during the lifetime of the framework agreements, including Domea.dk's so-called business customers.
