This contract notice concerns the provision and management of the digital workplace (Workplace) environment of RESA, in a multi-site and multi-user profile context. It is structured in two distinct lots: Lot 1 – User and Business Support Services (Workplace Support): covering, inter alia: - services related to the configuration, deployment and commissioning of Workplace equipment; - operational phase services, including managed services, support and maintenance. Lot 2 – Supply of equipment and associated services: covering, inter alia: - the supply of equipment (laptops, desktop computers, screens, docking stations / port replicators, tablets, smartphones, GPS equipment, accessories related to these equipment, etc.); - the associated services.
