The Municipality of Glattfelden intends to renovate and modernise the Eichhölzli Nursing and Care Centre while it remains in operation. The subject of the current submission in the selective procedure is construction management services for the SIA phases 32-53. A qualified company in the field of construction management/construction supervision is sought, which will accompany and implement the construction project with high technical, organisational and constructional expertise, while adhering to the cost, quality and time requirements throughout all necessary performance phases.
