The subject of the contract is the provision of port security services in Szczecin and Świnoujście, located in areas managed by ZMPSiŚ S.A. The contract is awarded in parts: Part 1 – Port of Szczecin, Part 2 – Port of Świnoujście, Part 3 – ZMPSiŚ S.A. premises at ul. Światowida 7/8 in Szczecin and WOC Szczecin. The specific conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract are defined in the Subject of the Contract Specification, Annex 6 to the SWZ, and in the relevant contract template for each part of the contract, Annex 7 to the SWZ. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial offers in this procedure. The contractor may submit an offer for one or more parts.
