Poland – Credit granting services – „Zaciągnięcie kredytu długoterminowego w wysokości do 16 000 000,00 zł na sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu Gminy oraz spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych kredytów”

The purpose of the long-term loan of up to 16,000,000.00 PLN is to finance the planned budget deficit of the Municipality and to repay previously contracted loans. Contract execution period: up to 133 months, however, not earlier than from the moment of the contract conclusion until the final loan repayment scheduled for December 2037. Capital instalments repayment resulting from the loan agreement will be made quarterly from March 2027 to December 2037. The planned contract conclusion date: November 2026. The Bank will make the loan available to the Contracting Authority immediately upon the contract conclusion, but no later than by 31.12.2026. The Contracting Authority does not envisage the possibility of repaying the loan instalments in foreign currencies. All calculations between the contractor and the contracting authority will be made in Polish zlotys (PLN).
