The subject of the contract covers the periodic supply, upon prior request, of medical devices for haemodialysis treatment, distributed in 9 (nine) separate lots, for a period of 24 months. The object of the current public procurement is "supply of goods, carried out through purchase" in accordance with Article 3(1)(2) of the Public Procurement Act. CPV code: 33140000. Each participant has the right to submit one offer for the execution of the contract for all, or one or more separate lots. Offers may be submitted: - for the whole procedure - for one or more separate lots. There is no provision for the submission of variants in the participants' offers. Total quantity and volume: The offered medical devices must meet the minimum requirements set out in the Contracting Authority's specification.
