The objective of the procurement is to conclude a contract for the supply of a collective WGA (Work and Income Capacity Act) insurance on behalf of the Contracting Authority in accordance with the specifications set out in this tender. The Contracting Authority intends to enter into an agreement with the selected Contractor for a minimum period of 3 years, commencing on 1 January 2027. The Contracting Authority is considering continuing the self-insurance for the WGA as of 1 January 2027. Whether the tendering service will actually continue the self-insurance with a private insurance for the WGA depends on whether self-insurance is a (financially) more attractive option than financing the WGA through the UWV or managing it in-house. Robidus will carry out the analysis to determine this. As of the reference date 31-12-2025, the Contracting Authority had 965 employees. The expected WIA wage sum in 2026 amounts to € 47,207,437.
