The subject of the order includes the collection and disposal of municipal waste from the owners of properties located in the municipality of Ścinawa. The subject of the order is the provision of services for the collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste generated on properties located in the city and municipality of Ścinawa and the Selective Collection Point for Municipal Waste and will consist of: 1) collection, transport and disposal of the entire mass of municipal waste from the city and municipality of Ścinawa:  non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste,  segregated municipal waste. 2) Equipping properties located in the city and municipality of Ścinawa with containers for mixed waste, meeting the requirements specified in the "Regulation on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipality of Ścinawa". 3) Equipping pharmacies located in the city of Ścinawa, as well as any new ones that may arise, with specially marked containers intended for the collection of expired medicines and their emptying. 4) Free equipment of single-family properties, where residents live, with bags of a thickness that ensures their durability.
