Germany – Information systems and servers – Beschaffung und Betrieb IT-Infrastruktur und IT-Systeme

The subject of the procurement is the upgrading of existing systems, their installation and commissioning, as well as the provision of service and operational services for a period of 48 months with two extension options of 12 months each. The scope of services for upgrading includes delivery, installation and commissioning of:

- Server systems

- PC clients as a replacement for existing systems

- Software and licenses as part of necessary updates and extensions

- Network and security systems including necessary licenses

The scope of the framework agreement for maintenance, service and operation includes:

- Operation of all servers and server services

- Operational support for special systems

- Maintenance and service for all client systems

- Operation and maintenance of the respective peripheral IT, if owned by the Foundation, and associated components and, if applicable, software

- Supplementary and replacement procurement
