Hungary – Pharmaceutical products – Gyógyszer DBR

The Semmelweis University University Pharmacy Pharmaceutical Organisational Institute requires inpatient and community medicines, food supplements, raw materials and chemicals to be procured within a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter: DBR). The duration of the DBR is 60 months. During the 60-month duration of the DBR, the Inviting Party wishes to enter into 6-48 month valid contracts/frame agreements/frame arrangements. According to the 46. § (3) of the 321/2015. (X. 30.) Government Decree, if other procurement documents (procurement technical specification) refer to a specified standard, product (preparation, product), origin or type of item, then the designation is made only in the interest of clearly defining the nature of the subject, and the expression “or equivalent” must also be understood next to the designation, based on which the Inviting Party is obliged to accept the equivalent or the solution better than the one recorded in the documentation. Tenderer – if it wishes to offer an equivalent tool, solution, etc. instead of the technical content referred to in the reference – must submit documents supporting the equivalence in its tender.
