Romania – Road construction works – Proiectare și execuție de lucrări pentru obiectivul de investiții CREAREA ȘI DEZVOLTAREA PARCULUI DE SPECIALIZARE INTELIGENTĂ FĂRCAȘA, JUDEȚUL MARAMUREȘ

Design and execution of works for the investment objective: "CREATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE FĂRCAȘA INVESTMENT PARK, MARAMUREȘ COUNTY". The project objective is to build the FĂRCAȘA Smart Specialisation Park, Maramureș County in accordance with the SF, project no. 401/2023, drawn up by S.C. DRAGOS DRACON SRL, through which it is intended to equip the area with water supply, sewerage, electricity, natural gas and telecommunications networks, landscaping of the land and the creation of a road access for the development of the Fărcașa Smart Specialisation Park. The following will be carried out: Perimeter road and pedestrian walkways, transformation stations or other annexes related to the utilities of the smart specialisation park, a roundabout, a plot adjacent to a concrete platform (intelligent product testing platform), perimeter dike, bicycle path, green areas, parking for HGVs and cars, as well as the division of the land into 16 plots, of which 1 plot for the loading/unloading area, 1 service plot, 1 parking plot, 1 services and technical spaces plot, and 12 plots for the construction of storage/production halls, which will be leased. The number of days within which requests for clarification can be submitted before the deadline for the submission of tenders set by the contracting authority is 18 days. The contracting authority's response to these requests will be transmitted on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
