Supply of a test bench for the control and validation of power contactors equipping rolling stock. The contract includes a firm lot for the supply, installation and commissioning of a first test bench. The contract concerns the supply of a computerised test bench for testing our power contactors. This bench must have at least the following characteristics (architecture): * Be able to measure the following physical quantities: ▪ Voltages ▪ Currents ▪ Resistances ▪ Switching times ▪ Distances and dimensions by optical measurements. ▪ Pneumatic and mechanical pressures ▪ Insulation measurement at 10KV. * Generate currents of around 300A. To meet a potential operational need identified by the internal client, the contract also includes an optional lot for the supply, installation and commissioning of a second identical test bench. SNCB may award this optional lot during the period defined in the contract documents, depending on the evolution of operational needs and available budgets.
