[2] The deadline by which economic operators can request clarifications/additional information is 15 days before the deadline for submission of tenders (i.e. the last day is the 16th day before the deadline for submission of tenders). The deadline for the publication of the consolidated response to the clarification requests addressed by economic operators is 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders (i.e. on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders). NOTE: the contracting authority is not obliged to respond to clarification requests/additional information that were not addressed within the period set above or that were not addressed through SEAP.
