In the context of the extension of a district heating network in the city of Poitiers, and more specifically in its central part, bounded by the Clain to the south, north and east, and the railway to the west, Dalkia, the concessionaire of the public service delegation for the extension known as "Phase 3" and the operation of the historic heating network of Les Couronneries, wishes to have a georadar survey carried out for archaeological research in the city of Poitiers with the aim of clarifying and deepening knowledge of the archaeological context encountered by the extensions of the heating network. The contracting entity reserves the right to ask tenderers to present one or more mandatory variants, which will then be described in the Tender Documents. The services may be divided into a firm section and one or more optional sections. If applicable, the sections will be described in the offer phase of the Tender Documents. This notice follows the unsuccessful outcome of the AAPC 294673-2025 of 06/05/2025.
