Description: The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ. The subject of the contract are services in the field of forestry in accordance with the definition in art. 6 para. 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 663 – „Act on Forests”) covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, as well as nursery management and fire protection works, and duty shifts in the Alarm and Dispatch Point, to be carried out in the Skrwilno Forest District in 2027. 2) The material scope of the subject of the contract covers the total quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, as well as nursery management and fire protection works, and duty shifts in the Alarm and Dispatch Point, resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1. – planned size of works; Annex No. 2.2.1. - detailed size of works according to groups of activities, activities and location; Annex No. 2.2.2. - valuation of the contract value for individual works; Annex No. 2.3.1. – forestry characteristics in terms of timber harvesting; (does not apply to Package No. 16 and 17) Annex No. 2.3.2. – assortment structure of timber harvesting in the forestry; (does not apply to Package No. 16 and 17) Annex No. 2.3.3. – compilation of distances and conditions of timber extraction; (does not apply to Package No. 16 and 17) Annex No. 2.3.4. – compilation of positions with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and extraction; (does not apply to Package No. 16 and 17) Annex No. 2.3.5. – compilation of positions not available for mechanical harvesting; (does not apply to Package No. 16 and 17) Annex No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of timber harvesting (potential); (does not apply to Package No. 16 and 17) Annex No. 2.3.7. - information on the optimal variant of timber harvesting; (does not apply to Package No. 16 and 17) Annex No. 2.4.1. - potential locations for the care of forest plantations; (does not apply to Package No. 16 and 17) Annex No. 2.4.2. - compilation of positions not available for renewals carried out using a planter - In the Skrwilno Forest District, there are no positions not available for renewals carried out using a planter. The material scopes listed in the annexes constituting Annex No. 2 are of an estimated nature. 4) The quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 3.1. "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forestry works" Annex No. 3.2. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forestry works" Annex No. 3.3. "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management" Annex No. 3.4. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management" Annex No. 3.5. Description of the standard of technology for the performance of fire protection works; Annex No. 3.6. Table of Parameters regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of fire protection works; The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) specified in Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and the detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management (activities) specified in Annex No. 3.3. to the SWZ and Annex No. 3.5. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for the performance of fire protection works are the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above annexes has not been provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ or Annex No. 3.3. to the SWZ or Annex No. 3.5. to the SWZ do not apply. The Tables of Parameters contain (separately for each Package) detailed information regarding the manner of implementing some of the activities described in Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forestry works or in Annex No. 3.3. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management, or Annex No. 3.5. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for the performance of fire protection works in special conditions regarding the given Package constituting the subject of the contract. 5) Descriptions of the codes of activities describing individual forestry works (activities) constituting the subject of the contract are described in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 6) The description of the rules of the procedure for making the acceptance of forestry works is contained in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The procedure is conducted in accordance with the rules provided for for classical contracts of a value equal to or exceeding the EU thresholds. 2.3. The procedure is conducted in accordance with the rules provided for for the so-called "reverse procedure", referred to in art. 139 para. 1, 3 - 4 of the PZP.
