The subject of the public contract, or its parts, are the ongoing supplies of catheterisation systems with accessories, and further, for parts no. 2, there is a requirement for the free loan of 1 ablation console and a mapping system. The offered healthcare products must be in accordance with Act No. 375/2022 Coll., Act on Healthcare Products and In Vitro Diagnostic Healthcare Products, in its current and effective wording (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Healthcare Products") and must meet the requirements set out in the purchaser's specification contained in this tender documentation (also referred to as "goods"). The delivery of goods will take place through the consignment warehouse of the purchaser's Cardiology Clinic.
