The present contract aims to appoint service providers for the fire risk analysis of buildings, primarily intended for housing, of the Public Housing Companies in Wallonia (excluding the German-speaking Community), including the common areas of a building (circulations, technical rooms) and, where applicable, ancillary functions (offices, multi-purpose room, underground or covered car parks, etc.). The term "building" is defined as "a continuous built unit, physically delimited forming a homogeneous set distinct from adjacent constructions". The mission aims to facilitate the management of fire prevention in apartment buildings owned by Public Housing Companies and to propose and cost the fire-fighting means to be implemented to improve situations that require it.
