Finland – Repair and maintenance services – LVIAK-työt DPS

North Ostrobothnia Wellbeing Services County (Pohde) is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) to procure the services described in this invitation to participate for the needs of Pohde. The contracting entity will award the contracts through separate internal competitions within the DPS, to which suppliers approved for the system may participate. The contracting entity will approve all candidates who have submitted an application for participation and meet the suitability requirements set for the candidates. The subject of the procurement is the basic repair projects and maintenance LVIAK works carried out in the properties and property companies owned by Pohde. Future procurements may be directed to any area within the wellbeing services county. The procurement is divided into eight sub-areas: Sub-area 1: LV installations and maintenance Sub-area 2: IV installations and maintenance Sub-area 3: Building automation installations and maintenance Sub-area 4: Building automation programming Sub-area 5: Refrigeration equipment installations and maintenance Sub-area 6: Refrigeration equipment standby Sub-area 7: Sprinkler and gas extinguishing installations and maintenance Sub-area 8: Industrial and process piping The first internal competition will be published approximately at the end of 2026. The contracting entity has the right to procure services outside the dynamic purchasing system if necessary, for example, through separate competitions, direct procurements, or based on existing agreements. The dynamic purchasing system is in force until 2036, unless it is shortened or extended by a separate notice. The use of electronic auction in internal competitions is possible.
