Framework agreement under which subsequent contracts will be concluded for the supply of access control systems, including the provision of related services (design, installation, configuration, integration, commissioning, testing and training of persons designated by ANCOM), systems that will be managed through a centralised management system, in accordance with the minimum mandatory configuration and requirements set out in Section II: Statement of Work. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). Number of days within which clarification requests can be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders: 20. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification: by the 11th day before the deadline set in the invitation to tender for the submission of tenders.
