Austria – Miscellaneous business-related services – Rahmenvereinbarung für Logistikdienstleistungen Endkundengeräte mit Fokus auf Kleinfernwirkgeräte sowie den Paketversand der Pakete des EVN Konzerns

The aim and subject of the tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement per lot for the services and duration listed below. Further details and additional specifications regarding the services to be provided, call-off modalities, and technical minimum requirements will be made available to bidders in the second stage of the procedure (tender phase). The subject of the services is for:

- Lot 1: the storage and distribution of small-scale remote control technology of Netz Niederösterreich GmbH and promotional materials of EVN Energieservice GmbH. The subject of the services is the takeover of the complete logistical handling and dispatch to end customers within Lower Austria and to adjacent federal states. In addition, defined IT interfaces for connection to the client's systems are to be provided. A high-performance logistics service provider is to be commissioned for:

• Storage

• Goods receipt and quality control

• Inventory management

• Order picking

• Packaging and dispatch

• IT connection to the client's systems

• Reporting and stock reports

- Lot 2: the parcel delivery for small-scale remote control technology of Netz Niederösterreich GmbH and promotional materials of EVN Energieservice GmbH, as well as all parcels of the EVN Group that are sent in Austria. The following services are to be commissioned:

• Pick-up from an address of the client itself or a partner (e.g. Lot 1 contractor).

• Dispatch directly to the delivery address indicated on the parcel.

• Tracking of the shipment

• Delivery to the specified delivery address.

• Deposit in collection point/collection partner
