The subject of the present public procurement is the selection of a contractor to provide preventive medical examinations and tests for employees in the system of the TP of NOI - Yambol. The type of preventive medical examinations and tests is determined in accordance with Appendix No. 5 to Art. 8 of Ordinance No. 3/28.02.1987 on the mandatory preliminary and periodic medical examinations of workers, Art. 9 of Ordinance No. 7/15.08.2005 on the minimum requirements for ensuring healthy and safe working conditions when working with video display units. The preventive medical examinations are carried out for all employees of the territorial unit, the list of which at the time of preparation of the technical specification amounts to a forecast of 69 employees, of which 55 are women and 14 are men. This is the maximum number of employees subject to preventive medical examinations, with the contracting authority not committing to specifying the exact number of employees who will be examined. Information about the employees is of a variable nature in terms of number and gender. The types of preventive examinations and tests to be carried out by the contractor are as follows: Examination by an internist - general health status assessment, blood pressure measurement, pulse and electrocardiogram with interpretation for recording circulatory diseases. Examination by a neurologist - neurological status assessment for recording diseases of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems. Examination by an ophthalmologist with visual acuity and refraction testing for recording eye diseases and their appendages (examination with a refractometer). Measurement of intraocular pressure. Issuance of a prescription for glasses. Examination by a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology. Taking and examining a cytological smear. Mammary gland ultrasound - women. Examination with tumor marker PSA (prostate-specific antigen) - for the prevention and early detection of prostate diseases - men. Abdominal organ ultrasound - men. Clinical laboratory tests: complete blood count, ESR, total cholesterol and both fractions (HDL, LDL), triglycerides, glucose.
