The subject of the framework agreement is the provision of services related to the maintenance and repair of the ISSeP laboratory equipment. Description of the services to be performed: this will cover the following services: maintenance, troubleshooting, technical interventions, spare parts for all the equipment in the park described in the various lots. These services fall under the CPV code: 50410000-2; 50000000-5. This is a framework agreement for services in a sector not sensitive to fraud: NO. All the terms governing the framework agreement are set out in this special technical specifications. The framework agreement will be concluded with a single contractor. The procedures for concluding contracts awarded on the basis of this framework agreement are set out in the section "Award and allocation of subsequent contracts" below. In accordance with Article 15 of the Law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement, the present lot is reserved for social economy insertion companies: NO. The tenderer completes the inventory, entitled "Annex 2", attached to this special technical specifications. The tenderer enters the required information and performs the necessary arithmetic operations. The tenderer must respond to all the items in the inventory for a lot. Otherwise, their offer will be declared irregular and therefore excluded from the lot in question. An incomplete offer with regard to a lot results in the exclusion of the offer for that lot. The contracting authority reserves the right to award only certain lots and, if necessary, to decide that the other lots will be the subject of one or more new contracts, if necessary, according to another award procedure.
