Free allocation for preschoolers in kindergartens with a 4-hour state programme and for pupils in state primary and secondary schools, as well as for preschoolers and pupils included in special education, of fresh fruit and vegetables, milk and dairy products and bakery products within a daily value limit per preschooler/pupil. The daily value limit includes the full purchase price of the products, including value added tax, transport, distribution and storage costs, as applicable. For the school years 2026-2029, in the educational units of Maramureș County, the following will be distributed: - UHT milk, without added sugar or other sweeteners, and without added cocoa, with a minimum protein content of 3.2% and a minimum fat content of 1.8%; The portion of UHT milk is 200 ml. - Apples, ready for consumption in a fresh state, from the "Extra" category and/or the "I" category, in accordance with the commercial marketing standard specified in parts 1, 6, 8 and 9 of Part B of Annex I to the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2.429 of the Commission of 17 August 2023 amending Regulation (EU) No 1.308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the marketing standard for the fruit and vegetable sector, for certain processed fruit and vegetable products and for the banana sector. The portion of apples distributed is at least 100 grams and contains a single species of fruit, ready for consumption in a fresh state. Each portion of fruit will be individually packaged or, where applicable, fruit packaging may contain multiple portions. - Corn or breadstick, packaged, made from wholemeal/dietetic flour, which are not products based on frozen dough, the sugar, fat and salt content of which shall not exceed the limits set out in Annex No. 1 to the Order of the Minister of Health No. 541/2025. - Simple croissants or dry biscuits, packaged, made from wholemeal/dietetic flour, which are not products based on frozen dough, the sugar, fat and salt content of which shall not exceed the limits set out in Annex No. 1 to the Order of the Minister of Health No. 541/2025. At the motivated request of the parents, preschoolers or pupils who suffer from gluten and/or lactose intolerance and/or any other ingredient or compound and/or any product distributed in accordance with Article 3(3) or tasted in accordance with Article 5(3) shall benefit from products suitable for their situation, within the daily value limit provided for in Article 3(1) of Government Decision No. 652/2023. By lot allocation, several distribution zones have been established in the county, by dividing its territory, so that the optimal conditions for the distribution of products to beneficiaries are ensured. Thus, a lot for the distribution of UHT milk is established, which covers the entire county, a lot which covers the entire county for the distribution of fruit-apples and 4 lots have been established for the 4 distribution zones for bakery products – packaged corn/breadstick/biscuits.
