The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery, upon the order of the Contracting Authority, of medical products entitled "DELIVERY OF MEDICAL PRODUCTS PART V – PRODUCTS FOR INTENSIVE THERAPY, ANAESTHESIOLOGY, OPERATING THEATRE BLOCK AND WOUND CLEANING SYSTEM", described in detail in Annex 2 to the SWZ – Product and Price List and in Annex 6 to the SWZ – Draft Contractual Provisions. The subject of the contract has been divided into 13 parts, hereinafter referred to as "Packages". The Contracting Authority allows partial offers to be submitted. The following Packages have been identified within the contract: Package 1 – pulse oximeter sensors. Package 2 – ECG electrodes. Package 3 – pressure measurement transducers. Package 4 – heart output measurement sensor. Package 5 – active and passive electrodes for coagulation. Package 6 – passive electrodes. Package 7 – heart output measurement kits. Package 8 – safe syringes. Package 9 – intra-abdominal pressure measurement system. Package 10 – glucometer with strips and calibrating fluid. Package 11 – arterial cannula. Package 12 – arterial kits. Package 13 – wound cleaning system. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) for the subject of the contract: CPV Code: 33140000-3 – Medical materials. The subject of the contract includes the delivery and transport of products in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract and the quantities specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ – Product and Price List. Individual Packages cannot be divided by Contractors. The offer must cover the full scope of a given Package. An offer not covering the full scope of a Package will be rejected. The Contractor may submit an offer for all Packages or for any number of them. The Contracting Authority does not limit the number of Packages for which the Contractor may submit an offer, nor the number of Packages within which the contract may be awarded to the same Contractor. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including requirements for individual Packages, types and quantities of products and required parameters, is specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ – Product and Price List.
