The Contractor is bound by the offer until 13.01.2027, with the first day of the offer binding period being the day the offer submission deadline expires.

2. The Purchaser requires that the spare parts offered as part of this procedure comply with one of the quality categories indicated in the tender documents: - „O” original OE (Original Equipment) parts marked with the manufacturer's logo - trademark, - „Q” original OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or OES (Original Equipment Supplier) parts marked with the logo - trademark of the component supplier, which have identical technical characteristics and are manufactured using the same technology as the original „O” parts. - „P” parts of comparable quality. If the Contractor offers original „Q” quality parts, they must submit a declaration with the offer stating that the offered „Q” spare parts are supplied for the first assembly (Annex 56 to SWZ). If the Contractor offers „P” quality spare parts, they must submit a declaration with the offer stating that the offered spare parts from this group belong to parts of the same quality as the components that are or were used for the assembly of the given motor vehicles (Annex 57 to SWZ). The Contractor undertakes to deliver spare parts for the official vehicles of the KWP based in Radom to the Service Station of the Provincial Police Command based in Radom located at: • Radom, ul. Energetyków 14 • Płock, ul. J. Kilińskiego 8 • Ostrołęka, ul. Korczaka 16 • Siedlce, ul. Starowiejska 66 or to another location indicated by the Purchaser within the area of operation of the KWP based in Radom.

3. The Contractor is required to specify in their offer: a) gross unit prices, b) catalogue number, c) manufacturer's name, d) quality of the subject of the order (O, Q, P) e) discount (expressed in %) from the retail prices for individual customers, which will apply when determining the selling price of the remaining spare parts for vehicles not included in the annexes. In the case of point „d” above, if the Contractor leaves the „quality” column empty and does not enter the required quality parameters of the subject of the order (O, Q or P), the Purchaser will award 0 points for this item in the given position. If the Contractor does not meet the above requirements of the Purchaser, i.e. points a, b, c and e, the offer will be rejected by the Purchaser. The Contractor, at their own expense, immediately after signing the contract, will provide the Purchaser with access to standard software (full catalogue of spare parts – internet platform) for the duration of the contract, along with technical support in case of problems with its operation. The internet platform must meet the following requirements: - possibility to search for a given part by vehicle catalogue; - possibility to check the retail prices of parts for individual customers, from which the discount will be calculated. 4. The planned provisions of the contract (Annex 51 to SWZ) are an integral part of the tender documents and specify the rules for the implementation of the order. A detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in: - Annex 50 to SWZ – Offer Form - Annex 51 to SWZ – Contract Draft 5. The offer must include: 1) Itemised - quantitative list (price list) – Annexes 1 - 49 to SWZ (forming an integral part of the offer form) 2) Offer Form (offer) – Annexes from 50 to SWZ 3) Power of attorney authorising the submission of the offer, if the offer is submitted by a representative 4) Power of attorney for the representative to represent in the procedure of Contractors jointly applying for the order – applies to offers submitted by Contractors jointly applying for the order; The power of attorney to submit the offer must be prepared in electronic form, signed with a qualified electronic signature. The power of attorney is submitted in electronic form and is marked with a qualified electronic signature. If the power of attorney was prepared in paper form, a digital representation of this document (scan) marked with a qualified electronic signature, confirming the consistency of the digital representation with the document in paper form, is submitted. The consistency of the digital representation with the document in paper form is confirmed by the Contractor or a notary; 5) Document confirming the security of the offer in an acceptable form of bid bond SUBSTANTIVE EVIDENCE: 6) Annex 56 to SWZ – Contractor's Declaration regarding „Q” marked spare parts 7) Annex 57 to SWZ – Contractor's Declaration regarding „P” marked spare parts
