Poland – Chromatographs – Dostawa modułowego systemu wysokosprawnej chromatografii cieczowej HPLC dla Wydziału Matematyki, Fizyki i Informatyki Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego

1. The subject of the procurement is the supply of a modular high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) system, hereinafter referred to as the "equipment", for the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics of the University of Gdańsk. 2. The procurement includes: a) supply, installation and assembly, configuration, commissioning and testing of all equipment modules at the location indicated by the Purchaser, b) conducting a two-day training for the indicated employees of the Purchaser (maximum 4 persons) on the operation of the equipment. 3. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 38432200-4 (chromatographs). 4. The detailed description of the subject of the procurement is specified in the description of the subject of the procurement – Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 5. Place of delivery of the equipment: University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics, Institute of Experimental Physics, Department of Biomaterials and Medical Physics, ul. Kładki 24/63, 80-822 Gdańsk. 6. The Purchaser requires a 24-month warranty for the equipment. Details regarding the warranty are included in § 7 of the contract project – Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 7. After the conclusion of the contract, the Purchaser intends to apply for a 0% VAT rate based on art. 83 paragraph 14 point 1 of the Act of 11 March 2004 on goods and services tax (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025 item 775 with later amendments) – in the scope of computer sets and monitor.
