Poland – Medical equipments – Zakup defibrylatorów (zgodnie z umową UMIA/PZ/C/OM/VI/P2/102/8/2026)

1. The subject of the contract is: the purchase and delivery of defibrillators. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract in terms of required parameters has been specified in Annex No. 2 to SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract. 3. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 33100000-1 – Medical equipment, 33182100-0 – Defibrillators. 4. The subject of the contract includes all costs associated with the execution of the contract, including costs arising from the requirements specified in SWZ, Annex No. 2 to SWZ and Annex No. 4 to SWZ. 5. The Contractor will be obliged to: 1) ensure, at their own cost and risk, the transport of the subject of the contract (assortment) to the seat of the Contracting Authority and unloading and internal transport to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority; 2) deliver a complete, factory-new, non-second-hand assortment, produced in 2026; 3) collect at their own cost and dispose of the packaging of the delivered assortment; 4) conduct training for the medical and technical staff of the Contracting Authority in the proper use of defibrillators, including providing information on optimizing use to reduce energy consumption and using the equipment in a way that allows for as long a service life as possible (if the device has features or capabilities to limit energy consumption and extend service life); 5) fulfill all obligations arising from Annex No. 2 to SWZ. 6. Delivery shall mean the delivery of the subject of the contract to the seat of the Contracting Authority (Szpital Grochowski im. dr med. Rafała Masztaka sp. z o.o., ul. Grenadierów 51/59, 04-073 Warszawa) along with bringing the assortment into the Contracting Authority's premises (to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority's staff).
