France – Signalling equipment – Fourniture de matériel de sécurité de chantier et de matériel de signalisation pour la Régie des Transports Métropolitains (3 lots)

The present consultation concerns the supply of site safety equipment and signalling equipment for the Régie des Transports Métropolitains (3 lots). The consultation is divided into 3 lots as follows: Lot 1: Supply of site signalling equipment; Lot 2: Supply of site safety equipment; Lot 3: Supply of permanent signalling equipment; The present contracts are awarded under a negotiated procedure, in accordance with Articles L2124-3, R2124-4 and R2161-21 to R2161-23 of the Code. It is specified that a lot entitled "Supply of customised signalling equipment" is awarded under a negotiated procedure for "small lots", in accordance with Article R. 2123 1 2° of the Public Procurement Code. These are framework agreements within the meaning of Articles L2125-1.1° and R2162-2 and following of the Code. Each framework agreement is concluded with a single economic operator and executed by the issue of purchase orders, for the services described in the contractual documents (under the conditions set out in Articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Code). Pursuant to Article R2162-4 of the Code, each contract is concluded without a minimum commitment amount and with a maximum commitment amount over their total duration (five years) as follows: Lot 1: 135 000 euros excl. VAT; Lot 2: 475 000 euros excl. VAT; Lot 3: 325 000 euros excl. VAT; These are public supply contracts which refer to the General Administrative Clauses applicable to public supply and service contracts (CCAG/FCS), approved by the Order of 30 March 2021.
