France – Health and safety consultancy services – Accord-cadre multi-attributaires pour des missions de Coordination Sécurité et Protection de la Santé (CSPS)

This framework agreement concerns the coordination of missions related to Safety and Health at Work (S.P.S.) for operations in categories 2 and 3 (according to article R4532-1 of the Labour Code):

• Category 2: Operations subject to the obligation of prior declaration provided for in article L.4532-1, not falling within the first category,

• Category 3: Operations subject to the obligation to establish a simplified general coordination plan in accordance with articles R.4532-52 and R.4532-54 and other operations not falling within the first and second categories.
