Germany – Construction work – Sanierung GGS Bergstraße Alt-Wetter - Faserzementfassade

The city of Wetter (Ruhr) is carrying out the renovation of the Bergstraße community primary school, Bergstraße 23 in 58300 Wetter. The old building of the community primary school was constructed around the year 1900 using solid construction methods, spans three levels (basement - 1st floor) and is topped with a gabled roof. The facade consists of rubble masonry. The basement of the building houses the heating system and various storage rooms, while the classrooms are located on the ground floor and the 1st floor.
