Germany – Load-bearing structure design services – Niederzier, B3-Haus - Tragwerksplanung

With the B3-Haus as the "Community Centre for Encounters and Activity", a new venue for the social, cultural and associative life of the municipality is being created on the site of the clubhouse in the Niederzier district of Oberzier. As part of this tender, the structural design services for the new building will be awarded. This includes the structural and constructional design of the building. The project addresses the shortage of a suitable meeting point and public spaces for encounters in the locality. At the same time, a clubhouse previously located at this address no longer meets the requirements of the target user groups and is in urgent need of renovation. Against this background, the multifunctional B3-Haus as the "Community Centre for Encounters and Activity" is being created on the site of the former clubhouse.
